Exploring an allegation of computer tampering

It was alleged that a computer used by an individual had sexually explicit material placed on it by other staff members. The computer was examined as a result of a Court Order, and it became clear that someone had attempted to clean offensive material from the hard drive. Despite this attempt, we were able to recover a significant number of emails sent by staff members, containing sexually explicit attachments. This provided vital evidence to identify the claims made and the individuals involved
