Reports on board directors seeking funding
We were asked to provide detailed reports to a Nominated Advisor on the background and records of a number of company board directors seeking funding for an AIM listing in London. The work involved was considerable, comprising in-depth and exhaustive examination of all available information on the public record. In addition, it was necessary to undertake a detailed investigation of the previous and undisclosed insolvency histories of two of the individuals involved.
