The information gathered was in support of criminal proceedings and civil claims against the person – and our investigations resulted in highly significant asset recovery for the client.

Serving bankruptcy papers on hostile recipients in Spain                                             
We located two individuals in Spain, prior to serving statutory demand and bankruptcy papers on them. Despite the fact that they were elusive and hostile, the documents were served in time – and we also provided proof of proper service procedure. This evidence of service was critical to the success of the assignment.
